Transit, Handling & Order Cut Off Time Domesticatty:
Transit time is 3-7 Working Days (Monday to Friday)
Handling time is 1-2 Working Days (Monday to Friday)
Order cut-off time will be 10 PM GMT-05:00 Eastern Standard Time (New York).
Processing time of the shipment:
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays.
Once you have placed an order, this cannot be canceled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.
Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our door to the time it gets to yours; you’ll always know where your package is.
Delivery Terms:
We deliver products via DHL Express, UPS, and USPS.
If the order volume is high, the delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If the dispatch of your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping From:
The package mainly ships from a US warehouse.
Shipping Time & Cost:
Our USA shipping time takes 3-7 business days. and worldwide shipping time takes 7-15 days.

Shipping confirmation:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Change of Delivery Address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@magnanimoux.com or Call Us at +1 754 265 1238
Wrong Address:
You will be liable for paying all shipping fees for resending the product if you provide the erroneous address during checkout and it is returned to us. support@magnanimoux.com
Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If a shipment arrives damaged in transport, please refuse it from the courier and get in touch with our customer support. Please get in touch with customer care if the shipment was delivered without you being there to find out what to do next. support@magnanimoux.com
Tracking an Order:
Your order will have a tracking number once it has been shipped, allowing you to follow it until it is delivered to you. Track your order here
Customs, duties, and taxes:
Magnanimoux is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost Item Terms:
What are lost items?
When the tracking status is not "delivered" at least 35 days have passed since the order was placed. Please contact our team at support support@magnanimoux.com after 35 days have passed since the order was placed.
If the address is wrong:
Sometimes a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address. In this case, the package will be sent back to Magnanimoux Shop. In this case, the package is not lost, please contact support@magnanimoux.com
When only part of the order has been delivered:
If an item is missing from an undamaged package, please contact our support team at support@magnanimoux.com.
