Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return or refund under our 30-day return policy.
Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
You can get in touch with us at support@magnanimoux.com to begin a return. In the event that your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

RETURNS
Return Due To Change Of Mind:
Magnanimoux will gladly accept returns due to change of heart as long as the request is made within 30 days of the item's delivery and the returned item is unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition.
The cost of return shipment will be borne by the client, who will be asked to make their own shipping arrangements.
Refunds are granted as store credit for a future purchase if returns are received and accepted. We'll send you an email as soon as this is finished to let you know.
Magnanimoux will reimburse the cost of the returned items but NOT the cost of any shipping charges.
What is the Return Address?
As for the products shipped from different warehouses, please email us the address. After the return is approved, we will email you the return address or send the shipping label with the return address.
What's the Return Process?
- Email support@magnanimoux.com on the contact us page for a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
- After communication, we will send you the shipping label for return.
- You just pack the product and label the box.
- Call the Shipping company to pick up or put the box at your local shipping company office for shipment.
- After the return package is delivered to our warehouse, we will inspect the package and process the refund.
- After the refund is processed, it will be returned back to your original payment account in
- 3-7 working days
Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.
Exchanges
Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.
Refunds
Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. Your returns will be converted, if accepted, into shop credit for a subsequent purchase.
Why have I still not received my refund after processed?
If you haven’t received a refund yet.
1. Please be patient to wait 3-7 working days for refunds to return back on your account.
2. After 3-7 working days, if you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@magnanimoux.com, We will help you to check it out.
Missing or late Refund
It could take some time until your refund is formally issued, so if you haven't received it yet, check your bank account once more before getting in touch with your credit card provider.
Secondly, get in touch with your bank because refunds often take some time to post due to processing delays.
